Day 12

TIP OF THE DAY: Here is a no brainier but with the cold weather we never do it, Park farther away.

I did not workout today but I did gain 1 activity point. As I was doing the laundry I thought that this should be a workout all on its own. with the consent bending up and down and up and down. So I thought that I would look on the Weight Watchers online program and it said that doing laundry for 10 minutes gives you 1 activity point. Woo Hoo!! Well as I was in my cleaning mode, since I already cleaned the kitchen this morning, I decided to clean the refrigerator. and then that lead to cleaning the kitchen again! I finished right around the time that Scott came home and he said that he wants dinner, soooo, there I was AGAIN in my kitchen making a mess of it and cleaning it again!!! so I think I totally deserve that 1 extra point!!

As you will see I did give in but not on the doughnut, on the girl scout cookies :) How can I not?!

BREAKFAST:
1 english muffin-2 points
1/4 cup egg beaters-1 point
1 slice bacon-1 point
1 tsp. Salsa-0 points
1/4 Weight Watchers cheese-0.5 points
1 cup Skim Milk-2 points

WORKOUT:
haha doing laundry and cleaning-Gained 1 point!! :)

LUNCH:
2 pitas-4 points (OH MY, I JUST REALIZED THAT IN MY LOG BOOK I PUT THESE 2 PITA AS 2 POINTS AND IT WAS REALLY 4!!!!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF!!!! :(
1/4 cup refried black beans-1 point
1 Tbs. Sour Cream-1 point
3/4 cup Weight Watchers cheese-2 points
1 cup diet pop-0 points


DINNER:
1 chicken breast with garlic sauce-3 points
1 cup rice pilaf-4 points
1 diet pop-0 points

DESSERT:
2 dose dos-3 points

SNACKS:
8 Quaker rice snacks-1 point
48 pretzels-2 points
3 cups popcorn puffs-4 points

Total points: 31.5 out of 30 but I gained 1 point so I am at 30.5 points :( I went over by 0.5 points :(

Well at least today I drank 7 glasses of water!! :)

Tomorrow I will post the recipe for the Pan Seared Chicken with Garlic Sauce that we had for dinner tonight.
