Day 4

TIP OF THE DAY: Limit your time in the grocery store. The longer you stay, the more you will buy.

Today went well. I also wanted to mention that I know that this blog is helping me because today we had breakfast for dinner and with that we had bacon. I did have 4 pieces but there were 2 pieces left over and I was contemplating on eating them because I had the points left and I was still hungry. But as I stopped and thought about having to put it on the blog as 6 pieces of bacon, I decided to go make a salad instead. So I just want to say THANK YOU to all of you for following this. It is really helping me!

BREAKFAST/LUNCH:
1 Weight Watchers Broccoli and Cheddar roasted potatoes-5 points
1 salad with 2 Tbs. dressing-2 points
1 cup of diet pop

SNACK:
2 pitas-4 points (the store was all out of whole grain ones so we got the regular ones)
1/2 cup black refried beans-1 point
1/8 cup cheese-1.5 points
1 Tbs. Sour Cream-1 point

DINNER:
4 slices of bacon-4 points
3 weight watchers pancakes-1.5 points
1 Salad with 2 Tbs. dressing and 1/4 cup feta-5 points
1 glass diet pop

DESSERT
1 Weight Watchers Peanut butter cup Sunday-3 points

Total points for the day: 28 out of 31 points.

I did not do so well with my water I only drank 5 glasses.

Tomorrow my plan is to wake up early and start my day off with an actual breakfast not a breakfast/lunch :)
