Day 16

TIP OF THE DAY: Lemons are a great way to flavor meals and to get in some vitamin C.

Today I was just not feeling it. I woke up with a headache so I was just bumming around the house. I kind of stuck to the program but I still have not eaten all of my points. I did talk to my Weight Watchers leader and she said that if I can't get in my points I should start eating foods with higher points. EX: have some regular ice cream instead of the Weight Watchers ice cream. It is very important to get in all of my points she said. So hopefully tomorrow I will.

For dinner today we went to Subway. I looked in my dining out companion and I decided to get the Cheese steak sub. When I ordered it they gave me the Philly cheese steak foot long sub. At this point there was nothing that I could do and I still had 27 points so I figured I'll go with it and look up the points at home. For 6 inches it was 11 points and for the whole foot long it was 23 points. So I only ate half of it and saved the other half for tomorrow.

Today Scott decided to try something new and he bought a bag of peanut butter M&M's and put them in the oven for about 10 min. WOW they were good! I only had 5 of them and he had the rest. Next time when he gets creative I hope its with something healthy. :)

Here's what I did;

BREAKFAST/LUNCH:
1 Weight Watchers Smart one (forgot the name)-4 points

SNACK:
22 pretzels-1 point

DINNER: Subway;
1 6inch Philly Cheese Steak Sub-11 points

SNACK:
5 of Scott's peanut butter M&M creations-2 points

DESSERT:
1/2 cup Chocolate ice cream-3 points
2 hand fulls of Pumpkin Seeds-2 points
1 cup 2% milk (did not have skim)-3 points
2 Tbs chocolate syrup-2 points

Total points: 28 out of 31 points for the day.

My water intake was not good at 5 cups. I swear tomorrow will be better!! I will get to my 6.

I have a very busy day tomorrow starting at 4:30am so I will try my best. HAVE A GOOD MONDAY!!

  2. Our Girl Scout cookies come in today - there's a way to rack up points! Your WW leader might disagree. For exercise, how about exercise videos? Yoga, aerobics, whatever you like. Keep hanging in there!

  3. I did get through netflix in demand 2 DVD's:
    10 minute cardio workout and your best butt fast. We also bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. That kick my butt!! Tomorrow I am going to the library and getting some books and DVD's that they have there. That's true about the Girl Scout cookies. My leader did say that I have to eat all my points even if I have to have something higher in points :)
