TIP OF THE DAY: If it grows out of the ground or you can pick it off a tree, chances are that it's good for you.
My day started at 4:30 in the morning. My body was not used to it at all. I had breakfast with my uncle today and the lady in the hospital cafeteria was great. I asked her if she had any egg substitute and she did and see even let me look at the bottle it came in so I could figure out the points. I felt kind of bad asking, like I was bugging her but like I said she was great about it.
When I got home I ate lunch and took a nap from 2 to 6pm. I only slept about 4 hours last night worried about my dad's procedure. But all is well :)
Sorry that I don't have anything fun or exciting going on today but here is what I ate;
BREAKFAST:
1/2 cup of egg substitute with hot sauce-1 point
1 slice bacon-1 point
12 oz of Cranberry juice-4 points (I should have checked the points before I bought it but I assumed it would have been lower then that, but as you all know I was having a hard time getting to my points everyday so this helped!)
LUNCH:
1 small salad with dressing and croutons-2 points
6 inch sub from yesterday-11 points
1 glass flavored water-0 points
DINNER: Subway (not up to cooking tonight)
1 foot long veggie delight-9 points
1 flavored glass of water-0 points
DESSERT:
5 of Scott's backed Peanut Butter M&M's-2 points
1 fruit Popsicle-1 point
Total points: 31 out of 31 points for the day. I GOT ALL MY POINTS IN!! :)
I got in 6 glasses of water today NOT including the 2 glasses of flavored water.
My goal for tomorrow is to workout. HAVE A GOOD TUESDAY!!
