Day 19

TIP OF THE DAY: Plan your meals in advance. This gives you structure, which helps guard against unplanned eating.

Today I worked out for 30 minutes. I did the Walk Away the Pounds DVD. It was equivalent to a 2 mile brisk walk. I loved doing it but with my stuffy nose I did have to stop a few times to blow my nose but I kept my feet moving :)

With doing the workout I gained 2 points. But I still did not eat my points. My cousin emailed me and said that not eating all of my points is just as bad for you as over eating! I even ate breakfast. How can I get my points in, without having to eat a lot after dinner. During the day I am just not hungry and after dinner I'm not either I just know I have to eat up my points. Now I am sure that it is bad to eat a good part of your points at night and then and hour or so go lay down in bed. I don't fall asleep until about 12:30ish but I am laying in bed writing my blog and then reading/watching T.V until then. Any Advice??

On to how I did;

BREAKFAST:
1 cup skim milk-2 points
1 Weight Watchers Breakfast Quesadilla-4 points

LUNCH:
1 Weight Watchers Chicken Oriental-4 points
1/2 cup Pineapple-1 point
1 cup Flavored Water-0 points

DINNER:
1/4 cup Tuna Packed in Water-1 point
1 Tbs. Mayo-3 points
1 Tbs. Relish-0 points
2 Tbs. Red Onions-0 points
1 Cheesy garlic and onion bread roll-3 points
20 pieces of shrimp poppers-5 points
1 glass Flavored Water-0 points

DESSERT:
1 Weight Watchers Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sundae-3 points

SNACK:
48 Pretzel Sticks-2 points
1 Cheesy garlic and onion bread roll-3 points

Total points: 31 out of 31 points for the day. With the workout I gained 2 points so the TRUE total is 29 out of 31 points.

I also drank 7 glasses of water!!! Woo HOO!! Scott told me today that I am going through the toilet paper like a mad women! HAHA what can I do, I am drinking more water so it is flushing out my system. Oh well he will just have to deal. HAHA He will be happier with the end results. :)

Tomorrow my goal is to do the Biggest Loser DVD. Well have a good Thursday!! :)

  1. Becky, how about eating more snacks. A snack between breakfast and lunch and two to three snacks between lunch and dinner. No eating after dinner. Thinking about snacks, try eating more fruit, bananas, pears, apples, grapes...

  2. Hi Becky it's Jennifer! Great site you have thanks for sharing it with me.
    In order to lose weight you need to eat all of your points, not eating them will slow your weight lose. Your body needs a certain amount of points (calories) to maintain/lose wight. You wouldn't expect your car to drive a certain distance without enough gas so don't expect your body to it's job with our enough gas.
    You can eat all of your points without eating more food. Just eat higher point foods. Instead of low fat milk drink 2%. Instead of light bread, or mayo, or dressing, or anything eat the higher point option. You'll get your points up in no time.
