Day 2

TIP OF THE DAY: Try to eat within 30 minutes after you wake up to get your metabolism up and and running. After that eating every 4 hours will help keep it going throughout the day.

OK so today went better! I just need to remember to eat every 4 hours ;)

BREAKFAST:
3 hard boiled eggs with hot sauce- 3 points

DINNER/LUNCH (I woke up today at about noon)
Subway's Chicken Teriyaki sub foot long- 14 points
1 diet Pepsi- 0 points

DESSERT:
1 small Coffee with cream and sugar from Dunkin Dounuts- estimated at about 4 points (if someone knows the "real" point value please let me know.
Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Cup Sunday- 3 points

I also drank 6 glasses of water today!!

I also bought Jillian Michaels (from biggest loser) 30 day shred DVD and I did it for only 10 minutes. you are supposed to do it for the full 20 minuets I know but I couldn't. When talking to someone about it they said that for the first 2 weeks on weights watchers NOT to work out and focus on the points. I am not sure about that so when I go to a meeting tomorrow I will ask them what they think about it.

Total used points for the day: 27 out of 31.

I know that you are supposed to eat all of your points but it is currently 11:15p and I know it is not good to eat this late. and I figure I do not know the real total for the coffee so those extra 4 points will cover it :)

  1. When I did weight watchers they told me to do what feels right. If you want to focus on points first to really get that nailed down then do. If you feel like you're not having a prob with points and sticking to it add in the exercise if it feels right. My opinion is...can't hurt.

  2. Thanks Lauren. Today I am taking a break and I will see if I do it again tomorrow. I asked the leader at the meeting ang she said it is best to wait for the first week and get used to the points. so we'll see :)

  3. Do you have access to the online points tracker? That really helps me. I get 3 points for coffee with cream and sugar, although I had to go to another site to find that. Calorie King is a good online site and Dotties Weight Loss Zone has tons of restaurant listings. In CA restaurants now have to have nutrition info available and that has really helped us figure out points. I don't know if that is a nation wide thing, or just here.

  4. I did get the monthly pass for Weight Watchers so I do have access to the online point tracker but I have not used it yet. Not sure how. I will have to take a look at those sties! I think it may be a CA thing with the nutrition on the menus because when I went to Applebee's they did not have it. Thanks for the tip! :)

  5. I have the nutrition info from Applebees at home. If that is someplace you go a lot, I could mail you one.
