Weigh In #2

Sorry that I did not get this up as soon as I got home. I had to make some brownies for my book club and then get ready to go. But I do have some good news...

I LOST 1.2 for a total of 4.6 pounds.

At fist I was disapointed becuae I REALLY wanted to loose a total of 5 pounds by this week. But after talking to my friends and cusions, they said at least it was a loss. So what if you did not get to the 5 pounds this week you probably will next week. Thats true...I hope :) but that is my goal for next week, to have a total weight loss of 5 pounds!

My nightly blog may be up tonight OR it will be up tomorrow after I get up because we are going out tonight. HAVE A GOOD ONE ALL!!!

  1. lol were they healthy brownies? and i'm pretty sure 4.6 pounds is close enough to 5 pounds!

  2. Beck...That's great! -this is Denise, btw.. To help me keep in check with my eating over the years is not order french fries..the kids always do so I sneak a couple of theirs instead of eating all of mine and part of theirs...at home I use a smaller plate to eat dinner so the serving sizes seem bigger.
    And I gave up pop a long time ago cuz is made me burp, etc. When you give that up all together it will be hard to drink pop again.

  3. Amy- lol no they were not healthy brownies what so ever!! I know that 4.6 is close to 5 but you don't get a 5 pound star until you get to the 5 pounds at Weight Watchers....those sticklers!

    Denise-I like that tip! it will look like I'm eating more on a smaller plate. I know that pop is bad for you and I'm trying to cut it out but its hard to do. I have cut down to 2 glasses of Diet pop now instead of the 7 glasses of regular pop. Hey I just realized that yesterday I did not drink any pop, but did consume some alcohol...
