TIP OF THE DAY: If hunger isn't the problem, then eating isn't the solution.
So today could have gone better. I did eat all my points but for dinner we had McDonald's. I did check out points before we went so I got something that worked with my points. Tomorrow I am getting back to eating every few hours and working out. Scott was off today so I was thinking it was Sunday almost all day.
During the afternoon we went to the movies. We saw New Moon at the $1 theater. I knew that I would be tempted with the popcorn there so I emptied out my purse, put a huge bottle of water in it with some pre-counted pretzel sticks and I was set. But after smelling that popcorn I wanted some so bad that we went to the store and I got the Weight Watchers popcorn. for 5 cups its only 1 point. I was not able to eat all of the 5 cups, but the dog sure did like eating the rest when I was not looking :)
Tomorrow I WILL do my Yoga!!!!
So on to what I ate;
BREAKFAST:
1 Aunt Jemima Griddle Cake-9 points
LUNCH:
1 Lean Pocket 4 Cheese Pizza Pocket-5 points
2 Glass flavored water-0 points
SNACK:
48 Pretzel Sticks-2 points
DINNER:
10 Piece Chicken Nuggets-10 points
1 Packet of Honey-1 point
1 glass of flavored water-0 points
DESSERT:
1/2 cup of French Vanilla Ice Cream-3 points (My guilty pleasure)
about 4 Cups Weight Watchers Popcorn-1 point
Total points- 31 out of 31 points for the day :)
I also had 6 cups of water today!!
Like I said TOMORROW IS YOGA!!!

How to get the work out in? Do it first thing in the morning and let it become a habit. Get up, exercise and then proceed with your day. Good job on packing water and pretzels for the movies. mmyra
