Day 30

TIP OF THE DAY: Skip the low-fat food products. Most of the low-fat, processed foods in grocery stores are typically high-carb foods that are loaded with sugar, salt, artificial sweeteners, and synthetic fat substitutes. Many of these ingredients cause weight gain, rather than reduce it.

Well, today all we did was clean the house, catchup on some laundry and run some errands. So I did not workout today.

Tomorrow is my first day back in the working world after being off for about 6 1/2 months!! I am kind of excited but also nervous at the same time. But it will be nice to not have to ask Scott for money just to go get my eye brows done!!

Since I did not have an eventful day, on to what I ate;

BREAKFAST/LUNCH:
1 cup 1% Milk-3 points (I got the 1% instead of the skim by mistake)
1 breakfast bowl-6 points

DINNER: at Subway
1 Foot Long Veggie Delight-11 points(I am estimating because I changed the bread and added some extras)
1 home made garlic bread(yum)-5 points

DESSERT:
1/8 cup Pumpkin Seeds-3 points
1/2 cup Ice Cream-3 points

Total points: 31 out of 31 points for the day!

I walked 4,329 steps. I had the Pedometer on when I got up but I realized that if I have sweat pants on, the Pedometer does not work that well. My goal was to be at 5,092 but I did not workout and spent time cleaning the house that needed it. So tomorrow my goal will be to get to that 5,092 steps.

I also drank 6 cups of water today. WOO HOO!!!!

  1. Good job on losing .8 pounds. Cleaning house is a great work out. Don't think that work out means following a video or going to a gym. Getting in all of those steps is terrific. Be proud.
