Weigh in #7

I LOST 2.8 pounds, for a total of 9.0 pounds!! I really needed this loss.

    Walking is exercise. Glad that it is part of your day at work. It makes it easier.

    As for Greek Yogurt, it took me a while to get used to it, but I love it now. I only add some fruit and some times no fruit and just eat it plain. Try the type that Cathy suggested. Always read labels. Back to yogurt, I have asked Sonia's mother to come over and teach me how to make it at home. If anyone is interested in learing, we can arrange it. Myra
